IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ROMAR HOUSE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Gulf Front Outdoor Pool, Fitness Room, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Beach Front Balcony, (2) Elevators, WIFI

*PARKING: Romar House offers onsite parking for 2 vehicles only. You have one assigned parking space that is covered and one guest space. 2 parking passes are included in your booking and will be on the kitchen counter at your arrival. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed. Romar House has limited parking, therefore only 2 vehicles are allowed and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

ROMAR HOUSE UNIT 403B:
Romar House offers plenty of space for you and your family in this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located on the Gulf of Mexico. In the heart of Orange Beach, this unit/ complex has all you will need for a memorable vacation! The Kitchen, Bathrooms, and some Furnishings have just been updated!!

The Living Room has two full size sofas (one with convertible bed), easy chair with ottoman, and 55" flat screen television. The adjacent dining area has seating for 8 and a wet bar. The kitchen, with large island, has stainless appliances, fully stocked kitchen cabinets with cookware and utensils, and pantry for storage.

Watch the waves crash from the Gulf Front Bedroom King bed, with television and seating. The Private Bath offers a standing shower with vanities for two and his/her closets.

Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3 offers two Double Beds per bedroom with televisions. The Guest Bedrooms share a hall bath, however each bedroom has a separate vanity area, therefore everyone has their own space.

CABLE/INTERNET/PHONE: The Living Room and each Bedroom has a television. There is a phone for local calling and Wifi available for a nominal charge.

AREA ATTRACTIONS NEARBY: The Wharf Amphitheater, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Romar House is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
